WHAT IS A "LISTENING IN" SESSION?
“Listening In” discussions feature dialogue among several TGCW18 speakers on a particular topic. We hope that these unrecorded conversations will exalt the Lord Jesus and give conference participants more insight into God’s faithfulness in speakers’ everyday lives and ministries.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE "LISTENING IN" SESSIONS?
You do not need to register for the “Listening In” sessions. Registered attendees may choose the “Listening In” session of their choice (on a first come, first served basis).
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE PRE-CONFERENCE?
There is no extra charge for the pre-conference, and no additional registration needed. Registration for the pre-conference is included in the regular conference registration.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
Email [email protected] with your full name and email address. Requests received by March 31 will receive a refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. After March 31, no refund will be provided.
CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER PERSON?
You are able to transfer your registration and switch workshop choices by using the edit link at the bottom of your confirmation email. All changes made by May 15 will have an updated nametag.
There will be a $20 transfer fee for transferring your registration after May 15. These transfers will need to be made on-site at the conference. The original workshop choices cannot be changed after May 15.
Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved. TGC is not responsible to arrange payment for the conference fee for transferred registration.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY WORKSHOP SELECTION?
At the bottom of your confirmation email is a link that will allow you to edit your registration. You can use this to change your workshops. All workshops will be locked on May 15 and no changes are available after that date. Note: Many workshops sell out far in advance.
WHAT IF I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH?
Main sessions will be translated live into Spanish and French. Free headsets will be provided at the Information Desk. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up for this translation service.
WILL SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION BE PROVIDED?
Yes! American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be offered during the main sessions as well as workshops on the main stage. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up for this interpretation service.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND?
We are asking that no children (excluding infants) attend the sessions. We will have a special location for nursing mothers. Teenagers are welcome to attend with parent discretion.
WHAT ARE THE MEAL OPTIONS?
There will be options to purchase food right at the convention center. Also, there are many restaurants in the downtown Indy area. Please see here for more details.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO VOLUNTEER?
Volunteers must be 18 or older.
WHAT DOES A VOLUNTEER RECEIVE?
Every volunteer that serves for 15 or more hours will receive a non-transferable complimentary registration, a t-shirt, meal and parking reimbursement during shifts. Volunteers will be responsible for transportation and lodging.
